This means changing any of the specifications, features, status or price of a vehicle in your database. From the main window click the ‘Update Vehicle’ button or select “Vehicle Inventory -> Update/Delete Vehicles” from main menu. This will open up Update Vehicles window.

The Update window is similar to Add Vehicles window. Change any of the details you want and click the Update button to save the changes.

Other buttons present in this window and their functions:

Add Picture: You can add a photo of the current vehicle (JPEG format).

View Picture: Shows the photo of the vehicle in a window (if present).

First/Last/Next/Previous: These are to navigate through the database. Clicking the first button will display the details of first vehicle in the database, next button will move to the next one and so on.

Delete : Clicking this button will delete the current vehicle from database or remove it from the inventory permanently.

Expenses: This will open a window showing the expense details of the current vehicle. You can add new expenses here.

Wholsale: This will add the vehicle to the current Wholesale list .

Quote: Here you can make Quotations for the vehicle. This will open the quote window where you can enter the details, calculate payments and tax and print the quote.
