DVP allows you to print the customer information, appraisal & disclosure form for trade-in vehicles. In the main window select “File -> Print Trade-in Appraisal Form” to display the window. You can also access it when you make a bill of sale (select the tab “vehicle to be traded-in” in the bill of sale window).

Type in the customer and vehicle information if it is not filled in automatically. Then click the Print Form button to print out the form. Fill in other sections of the form after printing out.
