Given the nature of digital products and our provision of a fully functional 30-day trial for the DVP Premium Edition software, customers have ample opportunity to evaluate their decision before purchase. As a result, Team Dealer TECH does not offer refunds for this software unless the reasons noted below are met.

We May Refund in the Following Situations:

If there is a technical problem with the software “DVP version 10.x.x.x” or “Registration Key,” first check our knowledge base or reach out to our team at the HelpDesk, providing specific information about the technical issue.

Note: Products with alleged technical issues will only be eligible for a refund when sufficient information is provided regarding how the error occurred and if it cannot be resolved by Team Dealer TECH in a timely manner.

All refunds are at the sole discretion of Team Dealer Tech.
