Set up the following areas before using the program.

1. Dealer Information

From the main window menu, select Tools -> Preferences -> Dealer Info. Enter the dealer address, phone, fax etc. and default terms and conditions, if any.

2. Accounting Options and Taxes

From the main window menu, select Tools -> Preferences -> Options. Here you can choose whether or not to display the dealership GST number, dealer registration number etc. You can also enter here administration fee, mark ups on parts and labour (percentage). Mark ups will be added to each expense.

Also set the GST and PST rates here.

3. FTP and MySQL Settings (Optional)

From the main window menu, select Tools -> Preferences -> FTP and MySQL settings to enter the settings. FTP and MySQL settings are needed if you want to upload the vehicle database and photos to a web server.
