This will remove a vehicle from the inventory by deleting the corresponding record from the database. There are two ways to delete a vehicle.

• Using the ‘delete’ button in the update vehicle window
• Using Auto Delete feature in the Tools menu

When vehicle details are displayed in the Update window just click the ‘delete’ button to delete the currently displayed vehicle.

Selecting the ‘Auto Delete’ item in the Tools menu will open up a new window. Clicking the run button will delete all the vehicles in the database that are marked for auto delete and sold over 365 days ago.
