Select the Add button in the opening customer window and new customer screen will be displayed. This has two tabs. Customer details and customer autos.
To add a customer account to your files type in the requested information (such as name, address and phone numbers) in the customer details tab.
To add vehicle details select the ‘customer auto’ tab and then click add auto button. Then type in the vehicle details like license plate, make, model, etc. of this customer. Also enter the dates for next oil change and service for the vehicle. Digital Vehicle Plus will remind you 7 days before the due date to send reminder letters.
Note: Every time you save a bill of sale, a screen will be displayed to enter customer and auto details. This will automatically add customers to your customer management module.
